We are just two weeks away from the Kansas State Fair, which opens Friday, September 11. The State Fair will be all about politics in this important election year. The Senate and gubernatorial candidates will debate on Sunday, September 13 - more info on specific times to follow.

The Kansas Democratic Party has followed through on their commitment to improve the State Fair experience for volunteers and for the thousands of people who visit the booth.
If you haven't done this before and are uncertain, I promise that you won't just be left alone! There will be others in the booth and we'll have information on what needs to be done.

On August 7, 2025, Donald Trump stated: "The CEO of Intel is highly CONFLICTED and must resign, immediately," Trump posted on Truth Social. "There is no other solution to this problem. Thank you for your attention to this problem!"

On August 22, 2025, the President announced this CEO would remain in charge of Intel and the US Government had acquired a 9.9% equity stake in the chipmaker. Since then the US Government has taken ownership positions in over 30 private and public companies. These acquisitions are used as an ongoing industrial policy tool to gain direct leverage over domestic production and national security supply chains.

We should all agree with praying our Nation does not continue down the path of Marxist ideology taking ownership of the means of production via thuggish behavior.
