It has come to the time when we need to hire another well-experienced person. I do not have time to train anyone. We are switching over to a production-style crew. Here are some must requirements as bluntly and honestly as I can be.
You must have a valid license and a reliable way to meet us every morning, as I am not picking you up. You must be experienced with saw work, chippers, and machines.
You must be able to drive with a trailer. Previous experience running ropes for climbers and lift operators is required.
If you have CMC lift experience and rigging experience, that's great.
We offer competitive pay. We work 8-12 hour days, 4 days a week minimum, depending on the weather. We are transitioning into a production crew, meaning 2-3 jobs a day when possible.
I will not tolerate nonsense. I don't want your personal drama on my crew daily, and I expect you to stay focused and not be distracted by your phone. We do not have time for that. I am OCD about my job sites and our equipment and have high expectations, and don’t try and lie about experience level as I am very cautious and you will be on a 2 week trial period from the start!
