Our latest project featured Nicolock Alpine Ridge pavers in Peconic 6, creating a beautiful and functional outdoor living space. The project included a rear basement patio with an Alta retaining wall, along with a raised patio by another Wall along the back of the deck. We also installed a stunning walkway running the full length of the house with low voltage lighting, a brand-new front walkway, and a complete landscape renovation with fresh plantings, w**d barrier fabric, and decorative stone.

To enhance drainage and protect the property, we regraded the entire swale around the rear of the home and lined it with w**d barrier fabric and decorative river rock. This system helps prevent erosion and washouts while efficiently directing water away from the house, providing both lasting protection and an attractive finished appearance.

In the side yard we removed the old generator, poured a 6” slab, and set the new generator for the client. All gutter downspouts have been trenched with PVC piping and pop up drains.

**From Concept to Completion**
What began as a simple vision has now become a fully realized custom residential training facility — designed specifically for lacrosse and soccer.

Our team transformed a challenging site with a 5-foot grade difference, expertly leveling the area using approximately 100 tons of compacted fill dirt and strategically placing over 25 large boulders to create both structure and aesthetic.

Key features of this build include:

* A 24’ x 8’ x 10” poured concrete bounce-back wall
* 6” of compacted aggregate base with geotextile fabric
* 1,400 sq. ft. of SportPro outdoor artificial turf
* Custom 12’ netting system installed on three sides
* A stepping stone pathway, mulch beds, and accent planting
* Restoration of surrounding wooded areas with fresh topsoil, wildflower, and native grass seed
