This client reached out to us from historic Frederick to help repair their rotting deck.
We removed all the damaged,rotted wood and replaced with new pressure treated.Whatever was still in good condition was reused to help save some $ for the client.
The project had its challenges but in the end it turned out great.

This client reached out to us to first repair a few sections of rotted wood on their deck and then stain the entire deck.
This was one of the larger decks we have stained at over 1200 sq feet.

This client reached out to us to repair damages to their kitchen floor from a water line going to the refrigerator.
Thankfully their insurance took care of this.

The client first were thinking that that the entire floor would have to be removed because it would be almost impossible to find this tile and style.

We asked them to look if there were any leftover tiles and thankfully there was and there was enough to complete the repair.
We had to custome cut the smaller tiles out of the larger tiles.It is not perfect but it came out pretty good in the end.
Almost like it never happened.

This client reached out to us to remove the old dental style trim and replacement it with PVC trim.
This was all replaced with white PVC trim and hidden fasteners.

They were replaced with new vinyl sliding doors and trimmed out.

The project for this client was a stairwell awning cover.This was so that their business clients could come in and out without having to stand in the pouring rain.
It started out with a simple rendering as seen in the first picture
It was then turned into reality as you can see in the following pictures.

We started out with a 10'x10' concrete pad that would be the base for this swinging outdoor day bed.
It was all built out of pressure treated lumber bed,queen size outdoor mattress, stained with a semi-transparent stain and then we added a sun shade.

The only things left are adding some outdoor pillows and cup holders.
