Here is a basement reno we started Wednesday. We are ready for plumbing and electrical ruff ins .
Created and bathroom with walk in tiled shower and family room but still keeping one bay for garage area . Finsh pics to come .

Here is a new build 1500 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath with 8x20 front screened in porch and back deck 16 x 12 . We are with in 10 days of being done with this project for a great lady . Her house burnt down in January after living here for 41 years . We had to do the right thing and give her a home she would be proud of. As insurance never gives what it cost to build back what sq ft she had . We made price adjustment to help the cause. What a great client moved she has been . We look forward to seeing her back in her place 7 months after her loss .
We strayed this in May she Will move in next weekend.

This turned out really good . 30x 30 addtion with 3 bedroom and two baths added on and 10 x 10 mud room . Master suite with walk out door to big deck screen in porch . All new roof and board and batten siding with new 6 inch gutters and leaf guards. Great clients and right on a lake for a awesome work site .
We have multiple projects going on this year and havent had time to post anything.
