This bathroom got all new trim, a gorgeous paint job (love the evergreen fog!) absolutely gorgeous new flooring, new light fixtures, door trims painted, ceiling patch work, a stunning new vanity (great choice, btw!), new tp and towel holders hung, and getting new shower doors.

Another custom chicken run completed! 🐔

This project went from a basic chicken run to a fully enclosed, custom-built structure designed to give the chickens plenty of room while keeping them protected.

Built with pressure-treated framing, a corrugated roof, and fully enclosed screening, with a custom access door and connection to the existing coop.

What a transformation!

This house was long overdue for a makeover, and it was a privilege to give it the new life it deserved.

We started by addressing the damage that had accumulated over the years, repairing rot and termite damage and replacing the necessary insulation, sheathing, and Tyvek to give the home a solid, protected exterior again.

From there, we poured a brand-new 6’ x 42’ concrete patio and built a shed-style roof over it, creating a beautiful new covered outdoor living space. The roof is supported by TruCedar engineered posts, providing strength and stability without the twisting and warping you can get with traditional lumber.

The exterior received a complete transformation with new siding, Quaker windows, a Therma-Tru front door, new roofing and gutters, along with numerous electrical upgrades including additional outlets and lighting.

There were a lot of moving pieces and plenty of details that went into this project, but the end result speaks for itself.

This house has served its purpose for many years. It deserved some attention, some care, and a new lease on life.

We’re proud of how this one turned out. 🔨🏡
