Farris Builders & Renovators is Looking for a Lead Carpenter (Future Crew Leader)

Farris Builders & Renovators is a veteran-owned remodeling company built on transparency, standards, and quality craftsmanship. We specialize in full home remodels, kitchens, baths, and exterior renovations — and we’re growing fast.

I’m currently looking to connect with an experienced lead carpenter who takes pride in their work and is ready to grow into a leadership role as we expand.

About the Role:

-Work alongside me and independently on residential remodels and renovations
-Help manage job sites, quality, and efficiency
-Long-term goal: lead your own small crew as we scale up

Ideal Candidate:

-Strong carpentry and remodeling experience, especially with custom kitchens, bathrooms, and trim work.
-Reliable, self-motivated, and professional with clients
-Leadership potential — able to guide and mentor others
-Must have references from previous employers or clients

Details:

-Pay: Negotiable and based on experience
-Schedule: Full-time, consistent work — currently booked into January
