We’re looking for a skilled loader operator to join our crew for the busy season. This position is focused on material screening and loading large trucks efficiently and safely.
If you’re confident running a loader all day and keeping production moving, this is a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
• Operating front end loaders for screening operations
• Loading large trucks (truck & pup, end dumps, belts, live floors)
• Maintaining consistent material flow to keep production moving
• Building and managing stockpiles
• Performing daily equipment inspections & basic maintenance
• Working closely with truck drivers and yard crew
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience operating large front end loaders
✔ Ability to load trucks quickly, safely, and accurately
✔ Good awareness of surroundings and job flow
✔ Strong work ethic and reliability
✔ Comfortable working long days in an outdoor environment
✔ Experience with screening plants is a plus
