When a homeowner in Kittitas noticed a horrible smell coming from their crawlspace they knew something was wrong. After an online search they reached out to us for help.

We came out & crawled under the home & quickly located the problem. A drain line had completely snapped in half, causing category 3 water to pour out into the insulation & v***r barrier.

We reached out to our friends at Central Washington Septic to help remove what was trapped & made it more manageable for our team. After a very meticulous clean up & treatment, the crawlspace is ready for the plumbing repairs & then restore it back to it's pre loss condition.

We're also working with their insurance to help get it covered!

A small water leak in an upstairs apartment ended up causing damage to 4 units in altogether.

We assisted in getting the tenants situated, and built our containment. After some demo, mold treatments & running our drying equipment the properties are ready for restoration!

A big thanks to the plumbers, electricians & for the help getting these projects ready for restoration.

This project had a furnace leaking for a significant length of time that went undetected. By the time it was caught the damage had been done.

The interior walls were already rotting away & had significant mold growth in multiple areas. The sub floor was removed, wet insulation was pulled from the crawlspace & we set up our fans & dehumidifiers.

Now that everything is dry & stabilized, the restoration process can begin!

An AC unit in a commercial space leaked & caused a good amount of damage to the suspended ceiling tiles. While the AC was being worked on some of the tracks were also bent & broken.

This property management group reached out to us & asked if we could help clean it up & put it back. ABSOLUTELY!
