This client had a structure on their property that caught fire, they wanted it removed and the chimney and surrounding block to stay. We got them taken care of with a two day turn around in between the inclement weather.

3 years in real estate! 🎉

They say 3 is a lucky number, and I’d say they’re right. Having 3 more closings lined up over the next 3 weeks is the best way I could imagine wrapping up Year 3. 🔑

Looking back, I really wouldn’t trade this career for anything. I’ve always enjoyed solving problems and figuring things out. A lot of transactions aren't straight-forward, but I love a good excuse to get creative and make it happen.

I’m especially grateful for the people I’ve met along the way. Dozens of 5-star reviews, lots of referrals, and even better, a bunch of clients who started as strangers and are now people I’m lucky to call friends.
