Crouse Brothers HVAC, Inc. is growing and looking to add experienced professionals to our team! We are currently hiring:
✅ HVAC Service Technicians
✅ Lead HVAC Installers
We offer competitive pay, and Service Technicians are eligible for an on-call bonus.
🔧 Job Responsibilities:
Service Technician:
• Perform HVAC repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential systems
• Service commercial refrigeration systems
• Independently manage service routes
• Provide top-notch customer service
Lead Installer:
• Installation of new and retrofit HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings
✅ Requirements:
• CFC Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Own and provide their own tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Must pass a drug test
• Service Technicians MUST participate in on-call rotation
⭐ Refrigeration experience preferred
⭐ Experience with oil systems, ductwork, and waste oil systems is a plus
