A project that keeps evolving! 🏡

Braemar originally built this home and has had the opportunity to come back for several remodels over the years. Now, we’re back at it again with our next project: expanding both the home and garage.

It’s been a fun journey working on this property, and we’re excited to see the final results come together!

Enjoy a look at the project! 👀

We had the pleasure of attending the ribbon cutting for the Lander County Community Center in Austin, Nevada!

Braemar was proud to take on this project and help bring a new space to life for the Austin community. Seeing this project come together and knowing it will serve the community for years to come is something we’re incredibly proud of.

A big thank you to everyone who trusted us to bring this project to completion. We’re grateful to have been part of it and look forward to seeing all the ways this center will serve the Austin community for years to come!

A beautiful remodel starts with getting to know the people who live in the space. 🏡

For this project, our team took the time to understand how this family cooks, gathers, and entertains. Since the kitchen is such a big part of their everyday life, we designed it around the way they actually use it.

The result? **Two kitchen islands** creating more space for cooking, prepping, gathering, and entertaining without sacrificing style or functionality.

Because the best designs aren’t just beautiful. They’re designed *for you*. ✨

Dreams may start with one vision, but it takes a village to build them. Grateful for the village we have here at Braemar Construction. 🏡

A little throwback from when the neighborhood looked a whole lot different. 🏡🚁

These aerial photos were taken back when only a handful of homes had been built around Puccinelli Parkway and Khoury Lane. Fast forward to today, and those streets are nearly completely filled with homes and families.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to build the majority of the homes in this area and watch this neighborhood grow over the years. We’re proud to have played a part in bringing so many of the now current homes to life.

A look at the “before” of a new build coming together. 🏡

Today we’re touring the primary suite, including the master bedroom, walk-in closet, and master bathroom, while taking a closer look at some of the details that will bring this space to life.

It’s always exciting to see a home at this stage and imagine what it will look like once everything comes together. Follow along as we take you through the progress from start to finish. 🔨
