Wow!!!!

$6,500 into brick veneer and detail work — this corner arch isn’t just for looks, it’s about clean transitions and long-term durability.
You don’t see this detail unless you’re looking for it… but once you notice it, you can’t unsee sloppy work elsewhere.

I’m partners with a good friend of mine in another building company, Old Town Investments…. These are not JT Custom Homes, these were built by Old Town. We are about halfway finished with a 93 unit multi family neighborhood then it’s on to the next one.
