Just a friendly reminder we are a processing facility, NOT a storage facility. We expect prompt payment and pickup when your order is completed unless, other arrangements were made with us prior. Orders that are not picked up promptly (typically within a week) will be subject to added boxing and storage fees as it creates unnecessary work for us. It also inhibits us from getting other animals processed for people just trying to feed their families. Any added fees will be non negotiable.

We will be closed tomorrow Sept 10th due to a scheduled power outage for line maintenance and upgrades. Sorry for any inconvenience. We would like to keep all freezer and cooler doors closed until the power is restored. Thank you for understanding

With the upcoming 4th of July holiday our hours will be as follows.

Thursday July 2nd 8:30 to 5
Friday July 3rd closed
Saturday July 4th closed.
Monday July 6 through Wednesday July 8th
8:30 am to 1 pm
Any other pickup times will need an appointment.

We will be closed through the remainder of July. And may not be able to accommodate other appointments outside of the set hours so please try to make arrangements before the end of Wednesday the 8th.

Just a friendly reminder, if we did not reach out and confirm your order is ready for pickup it most likely isn't. All pork orders with a smoked product, that were scheduled to be ready by this weekend will be delayed. Our smokehouse should be up and running again by next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Starting Monday April 20th we will be switching to summer hours. Office hours will be as follows

Mon - Fri
8:30 am to 1 pm

Sat
9 am to Noon

We may still be here working some days after the posted hours. The office will remain open while we are here working on those days however if you cannot pickup within the posted hours please notify us and setup an appointment to meet you here.

Tomorrow February 13th (Friday) we will be closed until noon. There is a scheduled power outage and we will not be able to work until power is restored so we will NOT be here. Sorry for the inconvenience and the late notice but we were just notified today.
