🔨 We’re Hiring: Door Shop Lead
Do you have experience in cabinet door manufacturing and enjoy leading a team? We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Door Shop Lead to oversee daily operations in our door department.

What You’ll Do:
    •    Coordinate and oversee daily door shop production.
    •    Lead by example while assisting with door assembly and manufacturing.
    •    Ensure products meet our quality standards.
    •    Assign work, monitor progress, and keep production on schedule.
    •    Train and mentor team members.
    •    Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:
    •    Experience in cabinet door manufacturing or woodworking.
    •    Previous leadership experience is a must
    •    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    •    Ability to read shop drawings and production paperwork.
    •    Dependable, hardworking, and quality-focused.

💲 Starting Pay: up to $24/hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday- Thursday 7am- 5:30pm

Justus Cabinets is looking for dependable/responsible people to join our team.

1 person for Cabinet Loader $17, very physical and heavy work. Loading and moving cabinets, cleaning and organizing storage and trailers with Cabinets.

2 people for Spray Room assist $16.50. You will be helping sand door, panels, hanging doors and moving to a side room to let doors dry.

1 person for Door Shop $17 help with door assembly.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am - 5pm

Overtime: some overtime is available depends on work load for the week.

Weekly pay

After 90 day benefits- health insurance, Dental and Vision. holiday pay, 401K.

Codes are always changing so that means we are too. The new codes specify access by an operable door wide enough to allow access to the appliance in the space.

Is looking for a CNC router assistant for immediate hire


• Willingness to learn.

• Follow directions.

• Maintain clean and organized work area.

• Ability to lift heavy and stand for extended time.

Pay will be starting at $ 18

CNC Assistant- can potentially become a full time CNC operator.

• Help run CNC at times
• Get parts from CNC and print labels and put them on parts. • Organize jobs on carts, prepping next job for CNC operators.
• Cover for people on breaks, vacation CNC operators that call in. • Be able to lift heavy.

This position requires for the candidate to be bilingual in English and Spanish.

40 hrs a week- Monday- Thursday 7am - 5:30pm with over time possibility (Friday and Saturday)

1. Custom Cabinet Builder starting at $22 an hour depending on experience.

****Responsibilities
• Reliable- be here every day and on time for scheduled shift.
• Collaborate with designer, blueprint interpretation, CAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Several years of hands-on experience in a custom cabinet shop.
• Ensure precision on measurements to assure perfect alignment and fit.
• Ability to lift heavy and stand for extended time.
• Maintain work area clean and organized.

2. Regular Cabinet Builder starting at $16 an hour depending on experience.

This would be an entry level position for someone will to learn and grow in a cabinet shop environment.  

***Requirements
• Be here everyday and on time for scheduled shifts.
• Willing to learn and take directions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy material and stand for long periods.

*** Responsibilities
• Assist in building and assembling cabinets.
• Measure, cut and prepare material if needed.
• Use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Sand, clean and prep cabinets for finishing.
• Maintain work area clean and organized.

Schedule is Monday- Thursday 7am-5:30pm
40 hrs a week with possibility of overtime (Friday and Saturday)
