BIG NEWS! 🔨🏠

Some of you may know, but me and my cousin Alex have finally teamed up! We’re excited to officially announce that Burns Contracting has merged with our family businesses to become Viper Construction .
This is something we’ve been working toward for a while, and we’re excited to bring our experience together and build something even bigger as a family-owned and operated business.
We’ll now be able to offer even more services through Viper construction and Viper Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, while continuing to provide the same quality work and service we’ve always believed in.

I want to personally thank everyone who has supported Burns Contracting over the years. Every customer, referral, recommendation, share, and opportunity has meant a lot and helped get us to this point. ❤️

👉 Please go follow the new Viper Construction page! We’ll be shutting down the Burns Contracting page soon, so make sure you follow the new page to keep up with our projects, services, and what’s coming next.

Same family. Same commitment. Bigger vision.
We’re just getting started! 💪🔨🐍

Biggest transformation we’ve taken on so far.

This 1890s house had been through years of wear and neglect, but we saw the potential in it from the start. Our goal wasn’t just to renovate it — it was to bring the original charm back to life while giving it the updates it needed for years to come.

Complete interior and exterior renovation from top to bottom. Seeing the before compared to the finished product makes all the long days worth it.

Projects like this are why we love what we do.

Before ➡️ After on this bathroom transformation.
We removed the old stand-up shower and whirlpool tub, converted the old shower space into a functional closet, and built this oversized custom walk-in shower with shower heads on both sides for a clean modern layout.

Big upgrade in both function and style. 🔥🚿

Also horrible at posting lately — we’ve had plenty of projects we still need to get up on the page. More remodels and updates coming soon. 👀

Huge shoutout to our crew for executing top-tier craftsmanship and attention to detail, and to the team behind the scenes who nailed the finish selections. When ex*****on and design align, the results speak for themselves

Basement Finish Complete!

This project started out as just a small part of the basement remodel, but early on we ended up taking on the full job—adding a brand new bedroom and bathroom to the space.

We don’t have the greatest before pictures (since we weren’t planning on doing the whole project at first 😅), but the transformation speaks for itself!

👉 Side note: in one of the pictures you might notice a light dangling—the homeowner decided to swap it out after we wrapped up the project.

Big thanks to our crew for bringing this basement to life. If you’ve been thinking about finishing your basement or adding living space, give Burns Contracting a call—we’d love to earn your business!
