🍝A custom kitchen feature to consider… a pasta faucet!

Mounted directly above your cooktop, a pasta faucet {also called a pot filler} swings out on an articulated arm, making it easy to fill large pots right where you’ll be cooking.

Not only does it free up valuable sink space while you’re preparing a meal, but it also means no more carrying heavy pots of water across the kitchen — helping reduce the chance of spills along the way.

It’s one of those small custom touches that can make everyday cooking just a little easier.

A home on a sizable piece of property often comes with a little more stuff…
And sometimes, that means you need a little more space.😉🏡

For this recent Delavan build, we added a detached shed / garage that gives the homeowners a bit of extra room for everything that doesn’t need to live inside the house : lawn equipment, tools, recreational gear, seasonal items, hobbies, and all those things that come with enjoying a larger property.

And because functional doesn’t have to mean boring, we designed the exterior to coordinate beautifully with the home, carrying over the same finishes and colors for a cohesive look.🌿

It’s a simple addition that adds a whole lot of function AND helps this home work even better for the way this family lives.

🎉 What a great Founders Day celebration! 🎉

Last Friday, we got to come together and celebrate our history, our people, and our shared success. We shared meals, milestones, and plenty of fun with friendly competition through games and activities.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so memorable. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on how far we've come, celebrate achievements along the way, and create new memories together.
