Jack has been a valued member of the Gateway Electric team since 2020! He started his journey with us on one of our finish crews and has since transitioned to our commercial division, continuing to expand his experience and skills along the way.

They brought our vision to life with a fresh, bold look that’s guaranteed to turn heads. One thing’s for sure… you won’t miss us out on the road!

This weeks employee spotlight goes to Dylan Blunt! Dylan has been a part of our team since March 2025. Dylan started out on our rough-in side before moving over to our service crew with one goal in mind—to learn as much as he could, expand his knowledge, and build a strong foundation before making the move to our commercial team.
Since then, Dylan has continued to show just how eager he is to learn and grow in the electrical trade. He is always looking for ways to advance his skills, take on new challenges, and become better at what he does.
Dylan is reliable, hardworking, and always brings a great attitude to the job. We appreciate his willingness to learn, his drive to improve, and the positive energy he brings to the Gateway Electric team.

"Hi, I’m Dylan! I have been working in the electrical field for a little more than 4 1/2 years and I have spent a year and a half of that with Gateway! I’m proud to have some knowledge in every field of electrical including residential rough-in, residential finishes, commercial, service, and underground. My favorite would have to be troubleshooting issues and watching a big project come together because there is always more room to grow!
In my free time I enjoy watching football with friends, golfing, fishing, hanging out with my wife Alexis, and air boating. My favorite time of the year is summer when I am out on the river with my friends and family!

"Hi, I’m Jason! I’ve been working in the electrical industry for a little over a decade, gaining experience in everything from residential and service work to my favorite, commercial projects. One of the things I enjoy most about being an electrician is working on unique projects, especially those involving new lighting designs. I also love seeing how electrical technology continues to evolve and getting the opportunity to work with the latest advancements.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad of two beautiful children who keep me pretty busy! We love spending time outdoors, whether we’re fishing or exploring the coolest parks we can find. Being a dad takes up most of my free time, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!" - Jason

We’re incredibly proud to have been a part of such a meaningful project right here in Omaha.
This new space was thoughtfully designed to provide support, comfort, and connection for those navigating grief. Knowing that our work helped bring a place like this to life makes this project especially rewarding.

Omaha’s first dedicated grief center is now open, offering family sessions, workshops and safe spaces for those coping with loss.
