A little fall update from your Backyard Pools family 🍂
Closing season is in full swing! Our schedule is completely booked until the week of October 19th, so we’re no longer able to move closings to earlier dates. Our two crews are also working through service requests as quickly as they can. New requests may take 1–2 weeks, and we appreciate your patience with them!
Since every pool and every job is a little different, we can’t promise a first or last stop or an exact arrival time. Your technician will give you a call when they’re on the way. If they’re finishing a job nearby, that heads-up may be as short as five minutes.
If you have a closing scheduled, please check that your contract is signed and any outstanding invoices are paid. We’d hate to move your appointment, but if either is missing, we’ll need to reschedule your closing for the end of the month.
**This Saturday, October 3, is our last Saturday open for the season!** Stop in and see us if you need anything before then. 😊
Thank you for making summer 2026 such a great one. We’re grateful for every customer who chooses our little family business. Our technicians love hearing how they did, too, a note sent to the store or a Google review would mean so much to them.
