Just some of the latest O.C.D. Construction photo's. (A complete basement remodeling job).
From the framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall hang/finish, paint/primer, flooring, E-Gress window framing & install, door hang/install, base, door, window trim install, carpet install, FULL bathroom install, and right down to installing the door knows.
Basically turned the basement into actual "TRUE LISTABLE" living space (Sq. Footage).
A little apartment, in the basement, and added another 30k plus, to the homes worth.
It's one of the ONLY investments, that is guaranteed to grow, and all the while you can enjoy the use of it, in your own home.
