Professional Experience:
I began my home inspection career in 2012 after several years experience in a wide range of professions. We handled every phase from design to finish and worked 7 days a week for over 10 hours per day my summer before high school. This experience shaped my work ethic and helped me prepare for the commitment needed to create a successful customer-oriented business. Other experiences include 4 years as a designer of kitchen and bath cabinets for a local cabinet producer, 7 years in the mortgage servicing industry, and 15 years as business owner of Black Hawk Valuation Services. At Black Hawk Valuation Services, we managed the process of obtaining residential property valuations for the mortgage servicing industry. Our company was responsible for the completion of over 12,000 property valuations in all 50 states, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. We developed a network of over 7000 independent appraisers and real estate professionals to help us obtain valuations. As your home inspector, I am committed to providing a thorough and complete visual inspection which adheres to the ASHI standards.
