Throwback to last winter, when Emerald and Aqua Poppy were called in for an emergency response to help stop flooding during a major rain event in Placer County. Don’t wait for the rain to start hydroseeding. 🌱

In California, the rainy season begins in October, which means now is the time to make sure your hydroseeding is on the calendar.

Getting your seed down early enough allows for proper germination and establishment before winter weather arrives. Well-established vegetation is better equipped to withstand winter rains, helping protect your site from erosion while saving you money by reducing the need for rework, repairs, and additional stabilization down the road.

Edwards Construction Management is now in Phase 3 of development at Fieldstone Communities LLC | Home Builder Oakleaf Estates in Roseville. Marques General Engineering is working on the wet utility installation which includes water, sewer, and storm drain systems.

This marks another major milestone as the project continues to take shape. We’re proud of the progress being made and can’t wait to see this 4.3-acre site become a community of beautiful new homes. 🏘️
