The roof deck is complete. Used a termination bar approximately one foot up the wall to secure it. Next we will do the wall.

We are starting to install the PVC membrane. These rolls come in 10'X100' rolls.

On this commercial roof we installed poly-iso insulation on top of the old membrane to prevent water condensation in-between the old PVC membrane and the new PVC membrane.

Winter time commercial roofing comes with some extra challenges. To do a winter time roofing membrane re-cover, we have to remove the existing moisture/frost and any ice to start.

The owner of some Culver restaurants contacted us. He was concerned that his roof was over 20 years old. Upon inspection we found that he had a PVC membrane that was failing. The insulation and membrane fasteners were backing out of the metal deck, puncturing the membrane and allowing water pe*******on. We proposed installing a cover board and new PVC membrane over the existing membrane. This method was far more cost effective because we saved him the expense of a complete tear off and installation of the roof insulation. Pictured is craning some materials to the roof.

This customer was taking control of their rain management on their commercial building. We reconfigured their old system by installing a large 7" commercial gutter and then installing a 4"X5" commercial downspout that then discharged into a buried storm pipe.
