Hi Everyone
Yes I know I haven’t posted here in a while

I am a little behind w exterior work due to power washer going down 2 weeks ago as of this last Monday

Though I have called every customer waiting , to keep them informed , I thought I would put it up here as well
This is their busy season fixing everyone’s sprayers & power washers so I understand the wait

They did call yesterday & let me know , that the parts are on order & hopefully I’ll have it back by end of this week or beginning next so I can carry on to take care of anyone waiting

I want to say Thank you to all for your patience during this down time w the machine

I want to clear up some confusion on a company in EG called Dynamite Drywall
I have been getting lots of calls from customers & friends about this

We are 2 different companies & have no relations

I had a customer post on his post he made on one of the EG pages about me on his post

Just wanted to clear up the confusion

This is the support post that the covering got damaged too

So I cut off damaged part & she wanted to make it look like an actually pillar

So I built this on the bottom to give it that pillar affect
I will be going back tomorrow to paint it white

You all know I love working in the old Victorian homes
This one in Mt Prospect built in 1917

This is a bath that was remodeled by some one else & I did the priming painting , staining & poly on all the wood work

The door pictured ins 110 years old how cool ! K***s & all original hard ware
I stained & polyurethane the door to match

The walls are made of what they call horsehair plaster , this bath rm was restored back to original w that the only upgrade to modern convenience is the glass door
Other than that it is period correct

I have so many pics to post & letters of Reccomendations from SO many nice customers that wrote them for me w their payments , I’m sorry to them for not posting them & want to thank them for writing them ! Sincerely Thank you all who did
I will try to catch up a bit here soon

Here is a vinyl plank floor I just did in S Barrington for a long term customer

She had a old pergo floor there & ended getting water in the basement which destroyed her old floor

After her getting the problem solved & made sure no more water was coming in I installed this water proof vinyl plank floor for her

The last picture is the support post which got water damage at the bottom & I cut it off
I will post pictures of that when I fix that up for her next week

O er the years have installed the same flooring in her entire upstairs bdrm & hallway w no thresholds , Landry room & 1st floor of her home
