🏠 WHY DOES YOUR ROOFING CONTRACTOR REQUIRE YOU TO PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE?

We get this question a lot, especially after a storm.

Here’s the simple answer: your insurance deductible is your responsibility as the homeowner. If your insurance policy requires a deductible, that amount is part of your financial responsibility for the covered claim.

🚩 So what about contractors who say, “We’ll waive your deductible”?

Be careful. A contractor still has to complete the work properly and provide the materials and labor required to restore your home. If someone is offering to waive your deductible, ask how they plan to make up that difference.

Cutting corners, using cheaper materials, or creating questionable paperwork isn't the way to save money on your roof.

At 1HundredX Roofing & Exteriors, we believe in being upfront about the process. We work hand-in-hand with your insurance company, help you understand your claim, and provide an honest estimate for the work your home needs.

✅ Honest estimates
✅ Quality materials
✅ Professional installation
✅ Help navigating the insurance process
✅ No gimmicks or “free roof” promises

Your home deserves a contractor you can trust. 🏠

Please join us in congratulating Jace Lane "The Cowboy" on an incredible accomplishment—over $1 MILLION in sales this year!

In just a year and a half in the roofing industry, Jace has proven what hard work, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping people can accomplish. His dedication to serving homeowners across Northwest Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle has earned the trust of countless customers who know they'll be taken care of from the first inspection to the final nail.

Jace isn't just an outstanding salesman—he's a devoted husband to his beautiful wife, Kyra, and an amazing dad to their precious daughter, Lynix. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and that same care and commitment shine through in the way he serves every customer.

One of the things we admire most about Jace is his willingness to help others succeed. Whether he's mentoring new sales representatives, sharing his knowledge, or stepping in to lend a hand, he's a true team player and an invaluable part of the 1HundredX Roofing & Exteriors family.

Jace, thank you for representing our company with professionalism, honesty, and a servant's heart. We're grateful to have you on our team and can't wait to see what the future holds. Here's to the next million! 🎉👏
