Excited to see the vision behind the SteelGrove Amphitheater coming to life right here in Elizabethtown, KY! 🎶🌳
Designed to blend modern engineering with the natural beauty of the area, this incredible venue features a striking steel-framed stage set among trees—creating a one-of-a-kind “music in the woods” experience. The layout takes full advantage of the land’s natural slope, giving every guest a great view while keeping the surrounding landscape front and center.
With a capacity of around 10,000 and a stunning backdrop overlooking Buffalo Lake, SteelGrove isn’t just a concert venue—it’s being designed as a destination for community events, festivals, and unforgettable nights under the stars.
This project is more than construction—it’s about creating a place where community, music, and nature come together. Can’t wait to see it open and bring new energy to our town!

We at ICON Engineering are proud to have played a key role as the structural engineers for the new West Hardin Middle School! 🏫
From the ground up, our team worked to design a safe, durable, and innovative structure that will support students, teachers, and the community for generations to come. Projects like this are more than just buildings—they’re investments in the future.
A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing this vision to life. We’re honored to be part of a space where learning and growth will happen every day!

We are thrilled to be the Structural Engineers for this new elementary school here in Hardin County! Choosing a local company ensures personalized service, strengthens the community’s economy, and provides faster, more responsive support when it matters most!

We invite the community to join us for the groundbreaking of a new elementary school on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 10 am. The address is listed in the graphic.

This new school will replace the current North Park Elementary School and will house students from preschool through fifth grade.

We haven't officially named the new school. The graphic in this post includes a rendering from our friends at JRA Architects. The project will be managed by Wehr Constructors.

Serving as the structural engineer for a local school project is both a professional responsibility and a personal commitment to the community. Just as importantly, using local professionals strengthens the local economy and fosters accountability, because we are designing for the same community where we live, work, and raise our families.

Louisville-based WEHR Constructors will build the new $50.2 million elementary school in Radcliff for Hardin County Schools, after winning the contract for the project.
