Eric and I were out until about 9PM last night helping a homeowner with a Douglas Fir tree that split in the storm yesterday. The broken lead was caught up in another tree but was threatening the neighbor's house. We addressed the safety concern last night and our crew cleaned everything up this morning.

Now that I can breathe a little with the chaos from the storms settling, I would like to say thank you to everyone. Eric and I were blown away by the amount of people that reached out. I was helping on an emergency job with Eric for a few hours one morning, when I started helping I had only a few voicemails on the phone. All were answered and taken care of. When I took a break a couple hours later and checked the phone our voicemail box was full. It was definitely very overwhelming being our first huge storm operating as we are. We definitely saw where improvement is needed in our operations behind the scenes. We take everything as a learning opportunity and try to continuously find ways to improve. Thank you to all of you that share our posts, tell people about us and trust us to work for you! We are so grateful!

A huge shout out to our crew, they are troopers. Each one of our crew members had over 60 hours in the week of the storm. We could not do this without them.

Due to the overwhelming demand for our services from this storm, we are unable to accommodate new clients at this time. We wish we could help everyone but to respect our clients that have been waiting before this storm hit we had to make this decision. There are a lot of other great tree companies out there that can take care of you!

We are still accepting work from our current clients and from Green's clients.

We have received over 70 calls since the first storm hit. I was out on the jobs today with the crew so please be patient with me as I have been returning calls as able.

We are trying our best but we cannot get to everyone. We are prioritizing the calls and jobs coming in trying to help people clear their homes, driveways and get their power restored.

All tree crews are in the same predicament. If your job is not an emergency, please have patience with us as we are all trying our best and working long days.

Our team was out working through the night to help some unfortunate homeowners with getting trees off their houses and clearing their roadways. We are back at it again first thing this morning.

We are aware several areas got hit hard, we saw the damage to Lancaster and it is bad. Most of Lancaster is without power. Use caution when traveling through the area and plan on delays, there are trees down on the roads everywhere.

If you are in the unfortunate situation with trees down, stay clear of them until a professional can remove any safety concerns.
