This week has been rewarding. I have been working closely with a childhood friend to secure insurance coverage for his roof. Although the process has been lengthy, we have finally obtained coverage under Wind, which has allowed us to protect the building's interior, ensure staff safety, and increase energy efficiency and overall building performance. Our job is not always easy, but it's in the toughest circumstances that we discover our greatest strengths. This Christmas, one family came perilously close to losing everything, but thankfully, no lives were lost. Working on projects like these is a humbling experience that reminds us to appreciate the beauty in everyday life. I'm grateful to our team for protecting what's left of this home. I also look forward to the rebuilding process! Special thanks to Edy Man for sharing your expertise and working tirelessly!

Every year I reflect on the numerous projects we've completed and the significant impact we've had on people's lives. This year's final project coincidentally fell at the end of the year. Although it wasn't a large-scale, high-profile project, it was a relatively small multi-family roof replacement. This straightforward project took an unexpected turn when we discovered substantial rot beneath the roof. Our foreman and project manager swiftly devised a plan, which was executed within a week, a task that would normally require a month to complete. I would like to extend my gratitude to our engineer, framers, electricians, metal fabricators, commercial roofers, and the Denver building department staff for their seamless collaboration in bringing this project to fruition.
