We replaced a section of copper stack pipe and installed a new, sturdy PVC toilet fl**ge for a secure, long-lasting fit.

We removed a 15-foot section of rotted underground cast iron piping and replaced it with new 4” PVC piping for improved flow and long-term reliability.

✔️ Floor drain relocated
✔️ Laundry tray drain line renewed
✔️ New air admittance valve installed
✔️ New piping properly bedded in stone
✔️ Concrete removed and restored after work completion
✔️ All work inspected and approved by the Allegheny County Plumbing Division

This was a huge upgrade to the existing plumbing system and will help prevent future issues.

Just wrapped up a great upgrade for a basement bathroom!
✔️ Replaced an old two-handle shower valve with a new Moen single-handle diverter
✔️ Opened the wall, installed the new valve, and added a clean access panel for future service
✔️ Swapped out the toilet and installed a new bathroom sink faucet
