Earlier this year, Cranbury Township planned to use eminent domain to buy the 175-year-old Henry family farm, whether the family wanted to sell it or not. Now, after months of fighting, a deal Thursday to spare the land. 👏

“Andy and Chris are just overwhelmed that we’ve reached this point, and that they’ve received the support across the board from everybody to have his property removed from the plan," the Henry family's lawyer said.
