We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Arborist Groundsman / Tree Crew to join our team!

Experience in tree work is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. We’re looking for someone who:

🌲 Has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
🌲 Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
🦺 Takes safety seriously
🚚 Can work as part of a team
-Valid Driver's License
⏰ Is dependable and shows up ready to work

Duties may include: Supports tree rigging, trimming, pruning, feeding the chipper, handling brush and logs, raking/clean-up, equipment maintenance, assisting climbers, and general tree work.

Pay based on experience (Ranging $20-$25 per hour)
Full-time opportunity with room to grow.

-Operate skid steers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment
-Assist with grading, excavation, material handling, and landscape construction
-Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

-Previous heavy equipment operating experience
-Dependable and hardworking
-Safety-minded with a strong work ethic
-Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
-Landscaping, excavation, or construction experience required
