As a land surveyor and developer of his own personal properties, Don has unmatched training and education in the new home construction field. Having served over 10 years in the real estate business while representing both buyers and sellers also helps Don to service new construction buyers with the selling of their existing home.

In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, Don is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and currently serves as an active member of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors on both state and local levels.
