🏐 Serving Up Some Fun at Legacy Academy! 🏐
What a great day on the court! ECC Kitchen & Bath was so excited to host a volleyball camp at Legacy Academy, bringing local kids together for a day of learning, teamwork, competition, and—most importantly—FUN! ❤️

✨ Team Spotlight: Meet Sarah ✨

For Sarah, great design has never been about creating beautiful spaces it's about creating meaningful ones.

As the Director and Lead Designer at ECC Kitchen & Bath, Sarah believes it's the little moments in life that make a house feel like home. Whether it's gathering around the kitchen island with family, enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or creating a space that simply makes you smile every time you walk in, those everyday moments inspire every design she creates.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Interior Architecture from the Design Institute, along with a Master of Business Administration, blending creative vision with strategic leadership. With more than 20 years of interior design experience, she has designed a diverse range of projects, including luxury hotels, casinos, vacation homes, ranches, downtown condominiums, custom homes, and countless residential renovations.

What truly sets Sarah apart is her ability to listen.

She takes the time to understand how each client lives, what inspires them, and what they envision for their home. Every project begins with a conversation and evolves into a thoughtfully designed space that reflects each family's personality, lifestyle, and goals. Her artistic eye, attention to detail, and practical approach ensure that every design is not only beautiful but functional for everyday living.

As Director of ECC Kitchen & Bath, Sarah is passionate about creating an experience that is just as memorable as the finished project. She believes the design journey should be collaborative, exciting, and enjoyable, helping clients feel confident every step of the way.

For Sarah, the greatest compliment isn't just hearing that a space looks beautiful it's knowing it has become the backdrop for life's most cherished moments.

Every great company starts with a vision, and at ECC Kitchen & Bath, that vision began with Terry.

As the founder and sole owner of ECC Kitchen & Bath, Terry has built the company on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to serving others. Raised in a family of contractors, he discovered his passion for building at an early age and has spent nearly two decades honing his skills in the construction industry.

His experience spans every level of the business from working hands-on in the field as a laborer to leading projects through construction management and ultimately building ECC Kitchen & Bath into the company it is today. That firsthand experience gives Terry a unique perspective and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.

What sets Terry apart is his appreciation for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. He believes that every project should be built to last and every client should feel confident knowing their home is in good hands. Whether it's solving a complex construction challenge or ensuring the smallest finishing details are just right, Terry takes pride in creating spaces that families will enjoy for years to come.

His passion for building doesn't end when the workday is over. Terry enjoys designing and building custom furniture, where his creativity and craftsmanship continue to shine although some might say it's also the perfect excuse to keep adding to his ever-growing tool collection!

When he's not at a job site or in the workshop, you'll likely find him exploring the Colorado mountains on a hunting adventure, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

ECC Kitchen & Bath was built on Terry's vision of combining exceptional craftsmanship with outstanding customer service, and that mission continues to guide every project we take on today.

With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for building things the right way. He began his career mastering the art of tile installation and has since expanded his expertise across virtually every phase of residential construction.

As a former business owner, Justin understands what it takes to keep a project moving from start to finish. From coordinating schedules and ordering materials to communicating with clients, managing trades, and completing the final punch list, he knows that the smallest details often make the biggest difference.

What we appreciate most about Justin is his commitment to quality, accountability, and treating every project as if it were his own. He believes that great communication and strong relationships are just as important as exceptional craftsmanship, and our clients quickly recognize the care and professionalism he brings to every job.

When he's not on a project site, you'll find Justin spending time with his family, working on cars, or cheering on his beloved Denver Broncos.
