👏 Cheers to Cynthia Garcia! 💙

Today was Cynthia’s last day at Xceed, and we couldn’t let her leave without celebrating the impact she made on our team.

As our only female supervisor, Cynthia brought strength, leadership, compassion, and determination to a predominantly male field. We’re so grateful for everything she contributed and the example she set along the way.

Thank you, Cynthia! We’ll miss you and wish you nothing but success in your next chapter! ✨

🥰 A little Friday appreciation! ☀️

Our Xceed managers decided there was no better way to celebrate a Friday than with a good ole fashioned appreciation cookout for our hardworking staff!🌭

☀️ Good food, good people, and a whole lot of appreciation for the team that makes Xceed happen!
