Just saying it how it is…
The people that cheat out on their jobs are usually the same folks turning around saying “man, people are sh*tty, I can’t trust anyone.”
Truth is — if you constantly hire people because they’re cheap, you’re not hiring character, skill, or reliability… you’re hiring the bottom of the barrel and hoping it works out.
Stop hiring cheap people. Period.
Cheap work attracts cheap attitudes. It’s that simple.
A real professional costs what they cost because:
• they actually prep
• they fix what’s wrong
• they clean up after themselves
• and they don’t disappear when there’s a problem
Paying less upfront almost always means paying more later — either in stress, damage, or hiring someone else to redo it.
If you want solid people, hire solid professionals. Don’t just hire a price tag.
