This newly poured concrete was painted and quickly began peeling, creating a slippery and unsafe surface.
We fully removed the failed coating, repaired and resurfaced the entry stairs, and sealed the entire property with an outdoor-rated concrete sealer.

The result: a durable, non-slip finish that looks great and is built to last. ✅
