3,000 sq ft of office and lobby showroom, mid-renovation, needed a floor that could handle daily traffic for the long haul.

We ground the concrete through multiple grits, full-patched everything including the joints for a seamless surface, then finished with a high-traffic gloss polish system.

We transformed this three-car garage into a warm, elevated entertainment space with vintage-inspired polished concrete floors.

The floor was completed using a traditional eight-step polishing process with multiple coats of dye, densifier, and sealer, then finished with a final burnish for added depth and character.

We chose a Vintage Brown finish to pair with cowhide rugs, leather accents, and walnut furnishings for a timeless, refined look.

This newly poured concrete was painted and quickly began peeling, creating a slippery and unsafe surface.
We fully removed the failed coating, repaired and resurfaced the entry stairs, and sealed the entire property with an outdoor-rated concrete sealer.

The result: a durable, non-slip finish that looks great and is built to last. ✅
