A little bit about myself… I started my plumbing apprenticeship right out of high school through Lynn Raynes and his small plumbing business her in El Dorado. At times there were work, then at times there weren’t. Lynn was the type of man that was going to make sure I had a check come Friday, even when he didnt. So a few times to help him out, I left to go work for some bigger companies on some bigger jobs in town. I was able to help with plumbing on the new armory, the new conference center, and the new high school. When each project was over, Lynn would have me back the next day. I finished my apprenticeship and got my journeyman license at 23yrs old. At that point Lynn decided to take on the El Dorado city Inspector job, and I took a job at Glenn Mechanical. A year later, I tested and received my Arkansas Master Plumbing license. A year or so after that, I decided to take on 2nd job at South Arkansas Community College teaching the plumbing apprenticeship program. I continued to teach for 7yrs and helped quite a few guys through their apprenticeship and on to get their license. I stayed with Glenn’s for 10yrs and learned a lot over the years, before I decided it was time to do my own thing. I’ve learned and taught the right way to do this trade over the years and that is the only way I will continue to work in this trade. Every job I do, I do with pride with the customers best interest in mind.
