Effingham Homes A Better Way To Build A home is where we plant gardens and put down roots. We also keep the lights on in our display homes for "window shopping".

Our mission at Effingham Homes is to provide A Better Way To Build by taking all the time necessary to provide superior customer service that is transparent and honest through each step of the process from start to finish; allowing you to make the best decision for you and your family! Our hours are:

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM Saturday 9AM - 4PM

Arrivals without appointments are requested to come at least one hour before closing, enabling us to attend to our own families. When exploring your options at Effingham Homes, it is important to understand that what you may have intended to be a quick stop can easily turn into an hour long meeting and sometimes even longer when you start the process of actually designing and selecting the finishes for the floorplan you fell in love with! While 90 minutes may seem like a lot of time, it is important to remember that an investment of this magnitude warrants careful consideration and justifies a thorough and unhurried process... even if you are "just looking"
