A huge thank you goes out to Eco-Trim217 for their continued generosity and willingness to support our community! 🌿✨🌳

In the early morning hours of July 27, a powerful storm brought down a large tree, blocking the trail entrance from the Outer Belt West parking lot. While driving by around 6 a.m., Ben Goeckner of Eco-Trim 217 noticed the tree and reached out to us... then immediately volunteered his team to help clear it. 🙌

True to their "get it done" spirit, the crew quickly cut up the tree and removed the large sections blocking the trail, helping reopen one of our most-used entrances. A City of Effingham crew followed up the next morning to complete the cleanup, and we're so thankful to both teams for jumping in so quickly after the storm!

We’ve had plenty of reasons to thank Eco-Trim 217 before, and they continue to go above and beyond to support our community when it matters most. Thank you, Ben and the entire Eco-Trim 217 team, for always being willing to lend a hand when it's needed most - we truly appreciate you! 💚

And lately… Mother Nature has been keeping us BUSY. 😅🌪️

Over the past several days, our crew has been prioritizing emergency storm work — trees on homes, hazardous trees, blocked access, and other situations that simply can’t wait.

Unfortunately, that has caused some delays in our regularly scheduled jobs, and we want to sincerely apologize to everyone who has been patiently waiting for us.

We haven’t forgotten about you! ❤️

We’re working our way back to our regular schedule this week and will be reaching out with updates and scheduling information as quickly as possible.
