This week, we celebrated the official groundbreaking of the new Republic Services Recycling Center in Bridgeton, MO. ♻️ Opening in 2028, the 105K SF state-of-the-art facility will process up to 45 tons of recyclables per hour, making a significant impact on sustainability across the St. Louis region. Our 6th Annual Contegra Cares Charity Golf Tournament took place on Friday, bringing together an incredible group of golfers, sponsors, partners, and friends to support Disabled Athlete Sports Association (DASA). ⛳️

Founded in 1997, DASA's comprehensive adaptive training and sports programs help their athletes gain strength, increase motor skills, and grow confidence. There wasn't a dry eye in the clubhouse when Contegra Superintendent Steve Jones shared how important the organization has been to his family as his son, Tyler, is a former WeCanDu camper. Steve summarized the impact saying, "If a kid wants to learn how to swim, DASA does that. If a kid wants to try archery or rugby or soccer, DASA does that. More than anything, DASA allows kids to just be kids."

Double the buildings, double the progress 💪👏 23 North Commerce Center Building 100 roof membrane has been installed allowing our crews to proceed with interior mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression rough-in. Building 200 tilt-up er****on is complete and steel is rising. Big thanks to our field teams and trade partners who keep the progress coming every day!

Panattoni Development Company's Union Dayton Building 2 is complete! 🎉 The 349,000 SF facility features 40' clear height, 27 overhead doors, and two drive-in doors. Serving as the new home of Supply Technologies, the building includes 10,700 SF of office space, a 2,700 SF innovation center, and a 4,200 SF quality control lab and shipping/receiving office. Another project delivered, another great space ready to get to work!
