Founded in 2005, the Spencer Homes team is dedicated to building quality homes. Our goal is to make the custom home building process simpler and more enjoyable for our clients. Our staff includes experienced design specialists, project managers, and superior finish carpenters. We work closely with you to create a custom space that is entirely your own. Our trade partners are carefully selected to ensure our clients receive not only top quality workmanship, but also efficient and attractive products as well. We take great pride in offering the best products and the best service in the home building industry. The foundation is in! 🏡

The Wish Home is officially taking shape, and we are honored to be this year’s builder. Every milestone on this home brings us one step closer to supporting children battling critical illnesses and their families.

The Wish Home is a fully built home raffled off to benefit Make-A-Wish and the HBR Association. Raffle tickets go on sale this December at $100 each, with a goal of selling at least 13,000 tickets (maximum of 20,000). If the goal is reached, one lucky winner may choose to accept the keys to this home or a cash prize.

And if the goal isn’t met, the mission continues. Other prizes, including cash prizes, will still be awarded, and the home will be listed for sale. Either way, all proceeds go directly to Make-A-Wish and the HBR Association.

For over 40 years, Kitchens by Valerie has created custom cabinetry and countertops, each piece handcrafted by a family of Amish artisans in Southern Illinois. Their Amish cabinetry is a great option for homeowners looking for specific customization that manufactured cabinet lines may not offer.

Kitchens by Valerie also shares our Spencer Design Center in Edwardsville. That means our homeowners can choose their cabinets and countertops in the same place they design the rest of their custom home.
