Foster Construction Foster Construction, Inc. Foster/Boles Construction was founded in 1989 in Vail Colorado, by John Boles our Founder who retired in 2010 as CEO.

Boles Construction is now owned by past Colorado Division President Brad Foster. In September 2011 we became Foster Construction.
