Good bye Asbestos, giving new life to this 1980’s Vail Valley Condo! Doing the spring and fall season with this project since the HOA only allows work from April to June and September to November.

Going to be a really cool project with a very excited family that is looking forward to 2026/2027 holidays and ski season!

The teams making dreams come true this week. Really cool team on this one, lucky that many of us have been working together for 15 years as it is close quarters. Really fortunate to have a local Vail Valley Architect on the team Micheal Hazard, involved in all the design, coming to OAC meetings, giving us the specifications we need, and adjusting the drawings so everyone is on the same page. Makes it so much easier for us to concentrate on what we do well, means, methods, quality, and supply chain.

This is going to be a really fun Primary Suite with a big steam room then some other upgrades around the house.
