ONE YEAR. 💙💛
It’s amazing how much can be contained in two simple words.
One year ago, Solus Painting and Construction Services (Solus PaCS) was a new name and a new company… but it was never a new calling. Behind that name were decades of experience, generations of lessons learned, and a simple belief about how we wanted to do business:
Put people first.
Today, we’re incredibly grateful to look back on:

🤝 27 clients who trusted Solus PaCS in Year One
But those numbers only tell part of the story.
We don’t see 43 contracts—we see 43 opportunities to keep our word.
We don’t see 108 units—we see homes and properties entrusted to our care.
We don’t see 21 reviews—we see people who valued their experience enough to share it.
And we don’t see 27 customers.
We see 27 relationships.
While Solus PaCS is only one year old, there are 28 years of personal experience, roughly 45 years of combined experience among those helping run this company, and knowledgeable, hardworking crews behind everything we do.
To every homeowner, HOA, COA, property manager, commercial client, GC, partner, crew member, subcontractor, supplier, friend, and family member who trusted, supported, referred, encouraged, or prayed for us:
Thank you. Truly.
Above all, we thank God for His providence through every opportunity, challenge, relationship, and open door (and for the closed ones too).
We don’t know exactly what Year Two will hold.
But we know how we want to enter it:
With gratitude.
With humility.
With our word meaning something.
With craftsmanship we can stand behind.
And with people still coming before business.
Because buildings matter. Craftsmanship matters. Quality matters.
But people matter more.
