Employee shoutout — Kurt! 🔧👏

Kurt joined our team back in June, starting a brand-new career in plumbing at 57 years old, and he’s already become an absolute asset to our company.

He’s a quick learner, eager to grow, and always the first one there asking how he can help or what he can take off someone else’s plate. We couldn’t ask for a better attitude or work ethic as he learns the trade.

And if it’s demo day… you can pretty much guarantee Kurt’s excited about it. 😂🔨

A little before & after from a remodel we helped with for a family friend. The Plumbing Physician not only did the plumbing, but we also got to be involved in the remodel and design along the way. 🔧✨

The instructions give you a recommended adjustment range, but with this setup we found there was a little more flexibility than expected. Sometimes it’s the small things that make installation go a little smoother. 👌🏻

Customer called because they heard an alarm coming from the crawlspace and noticed a strong sewer smell in the entryway.
The culprit? A failed sewage ejector pump packed with baby wipes and grease.

We replaced the undersized basin, installed a new code-approved sewage ejector basin and Zoeller pump, and got everything back up and running.

🚫 Even “flushable” wipes can create major problems—especially if your home has a sewage ejector pump. Toilet paper is designed to break down. Wipes are not.
