Today, our leader and Mr. Pink Van Tech traded their usual responsibilities for a spot behind the grill. They cooked, served our team, made sure everyone had plenty to eat, and grabbed their own plates last.

Nothing fancy. Just a bunch of hardworking people enjoying good food, laughing together, and getting a little break from the everyday hustle.

And that’s the part of growth we never want to lose.

The ability to know our people, appreciate their personalities, celebrate their hard work, and create a place where they genuinely enjoy showing up.

Because before we’re HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, dispatchers, or office staff, we’re people. And people deserve to feel like they matter.
