It’s exciting to see a familiar piece of Columbus history being given a new purpose for the community.

“The Property” is transforming a historic early-1900s church and surrounding space into a place where people can gather, share a meal, celebrate, shop, and spend time together. The project will include The Church restaurant and event space, along with The Annex Café & Market and its outdoor gathering area.

Projects like this become part of the community long after construction is finished. CASE Construction is proud to have a role in helping prepare the site for what comes next, and we’re looking forward to seeing this local destination take shape.
