🚨 CAPTAIN SHINE IS HIRING!

We’re looking for a Seasonal Full-Time Exterior Cleaning & Holiday Lighting Technician to join our team!

This position will be full-time through our busy holiday season and into January, with the possibility of becoming a year-round position for the right person as Captain Shine continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

* Christmas light installation & removal
* Pressure & soft washing
* Gutter cleaning
* Working on ladders and roofs
* Other exterior cleaning and lighting projects

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, professional, comfortable with heights, and willing to learn.

Experience with Christmas lights, pressure washing, roofing, construction, or pulling a trailer is a plus — but not required.

Today in Greenwood, IN we completed a full exterior property refresh, including:

• House washing
• Garage washing
• Deck cleaning
• Fence restoration
• Exterior window cleaning

For the wood, we used a 2-step restoration process:

Step 1 — Clean: Remove organic growth, dirt, grime, and weathering from the surface.

Step 2 — Brighten: Apply a wood brightener to help neutralize the cleaning process, restore the wood’s natural appearance, and prepare it for a more even finish.

Cleaning wood correctly is about more than making it look better. Using the proper process helps clean the surface without relying on excessive pressure that can damage the wood fibers.
