NOW HIRING — COMMERCIAL PAVING SUPERINTENDENT

Longhorn Services is looking for an experienced Commercial Asphalt Paving Superintendent to join our team. We need a proven field leader who understands large-scale commercial paving operations from start to finish and can keep crews, trucks, materials, equipment, and production moving efficiently.

The right candidate must be highly experienced in asphalt paving operations, including scheduling and coordinating crews, ordering trucks and hot mix, checking tonnage and yields, monitoring paving temperatures and production, coordinating milling and paving operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining quality control, and keeping projects on schedule.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can take control of a commercial paving project, communicate effectively with project managers and customers, solve problems in the field, and hold crews accountable for safety, quality, and production.

Requirements include 5+ years of commercial asphalt paving leadership experience, strong knowledge of paving and milling operations, ability to read plans and phasing schedules, experience coordinating multiple crews and projects, and a strong understanding of asphalt yields, trucking, material quantities, equipment, and job costing.

We are looking for a leader — not just a supervisor.
