Designed to support new ways of learning, the E.L. Furr High School replacement in Houston, TX, brings together flexible classrooms, collaborative spaces, and specialized environments for engineering, computer science, and hands-on research. The three-story campus reimagines the traditional high school experience, giving students more opportunities to explore, experiment, and learn in spaces that adapt to their needs.

The campus also extends beyond the classroom, connecting with the surrounding community through its health care and community activity center. We’re proud to be part of projects that invest in students, support innovation, and create meaningful spaces for the communities they serve.

Some of our ERO team had the opportunity to volunteer at Hope for the Valley in Mission, TX, coming together to support a great cause and give back to our community.

Inspiring the next generation starts with creating opportunities to explore what’s possible.

Our ERO team had the opportunity to participate in the RGV LEAD Fall Leadership Workshop & Career Expo, connecting with high school students and sharing more about ERO, architecture, and the many paths a career in the industry can take.

Representing ERO at the event were Maritza Cardenas, RID, NCIDQ, and Yesenia Tijerina, Assoc. AIA.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with students, share our experiences, and introduce them to the world of architecture.
