33,000 SQ. FT. COMPLETE for HOM Furniture

Another big polished concrete project wrapped up!

Our team completed 33,000 square feet of concrete polishing for HOM Furniture, including:

• Glue removal
• Grout coating
• Joint filling
• Polished concrete to a 200-grit finish
• A dyed black walkway incorporated into the floor

HOM wanted the durability and clean look of polished concrete without a high-gloss finish, so the polishing process was intentionally stopped at 200 grit to deliver a more natural, low-sheen appearance.

We’re growing fast and looking for a few badass people to join The Concrete Guy.

💰 $30–$50/hour depending on experience and position.

Top pay is reserved for experienced foremen who can independently run commercial polishing and coatings projects.

👊 EXPERIENCED FOREMEN

We’re looking for people who actually know the industry and know how to lead.

If you can take a project, understand the scope, organize your crew and equipment, communicate with the GC, keep production moving, solve problems, and deliver a great finished floor — we want to talk to you.

Experience with:

* Polished concrete
* Epoxy & resinous flooring systems
* Grinding and surface preparation
* Shot blasting
* Concrete repair
* Running commercial flooring projects
* Leading and training crews

We’re not looking for someone who just wants the foreman title.

We want someone who can actually run the job.

If you’re one of the best at what you do, we’re willing to pay for it.

💪 CREW MEMBERS / FLOORING TECHNICIANS

Don’t have years of polishing or coatings experience?

That’s okay.

If you’re reliable, hardworking, mechanically inclined, willing to learn and willing to travel, we can teach you.

You’ll learn how to:

* Grind and polish concrete
* Install epoxy and other resinous flooring systems
* Shot blast and prepare concrete
* Repair concrete
* Operate professional grinding and flooring equipment
* Work as part of a high-production commercial flooring crew

Construction experience is a plus, but work ethic, reliability and attitude matter.

⚠️ KNOW WHAT YOU’RE SIGNING UP FOR

This isn’t always an 8–4 job.

We work on commercial projects throughout Minnesota and across multiple states.

There will be:

* Travel
* Overnight projects
* Early mornings
* Night work
* Long days when a project requires it

In return, you’ll have an opportunity to make $30–$50/hour, learn a specialized trade, work with serious equipment, and grow with a company that’s expanding.
