The calm before the storm. Today, after yesterdays rains this beautiful homesite is surrounded by a cacophony of beautiful bird calls. In a couple days our framing crew will be hard at work converting this lumber package into an amazing custom home complete with a helicopter garage. For a short time the birdsongs will be drowned out by hammers, nail guns, air compressors and a bit of human-produced music. When that chaos is over this custom home will provide its occupants with the opportunity to enjoy quality time with their wild neighbors. In this case, they’ll share both the land and the air.

Typical of early spring in New Mexico, a cold front moved in and brought stunning skies and much needed moisture to The Land of Enchantment. By this time next week it will be sunny and in the mid-70's at this house in Corrales. The timing will work out perfect with our build schedule as we prepare to apply the high-performance, synthetic stucco to this gorgeous new home.
